Over the past 75 years, the leadership of Camp Wyldewood has strived to be good stewards of what God has provided through the generosity of our founders, donors, and families. Our founders and early stakeholders were dedicated to building a camp that would impact the lives of future generations. Because of their vision, dedication, and sacrifice, thousands of lives have been impacted by the ministry of Wyldewood.

As we celebrate the 75th anniversary of Camp Wyldewood, it is time we recommit to making sure Wyldewood will be in a position to impact the lives of young people for the next 75 years!

In reality, to attract families and groups to send their children to Wyldewood, we need to update our facilities. The Next 75 Campaign will focus on remodeling the 26 cabins on our property and building a gym that can be used year-round. The campaign will be divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 will include remodeling of our 8 elevated cabins and the construction of the gym. Phase 2 will be the remodeling of our 18 concrete slab cabins.

The last major remodel to our cabins took place in the mid 1990s. Our cabins are in serious need of updating to ensure camper safety and keep up with industry standards. The gym, which now also serves as our canteen, was built in the 1960s and is starting to show its age with rotting wood, roof damage, and flooring issues. Phase 1 of the project is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2023.
