Meet Our Executive Director

BRIAN BULLARD

Brian’s journey with Camp Wyldewood began as a dedicated camper. After his time as a camper, Brian served as a counselor, team leader, and worship coordinator at Wyldewood. While serving as Worship Coordinator in 2014, Brian met his wife, Alli, who was serving as Day Camp Director. After graduating from Harding, Brian worked as a teacher and school counselor. He joined the full-time staff as Assistant Director in May of 2019 and was named the Executive Director in August of 2024. Having participated and served in all of these roles, Brian fully believes in our mission to connect campers and their families to what we call our “3 C’s” Christ, community and creation.

Meet Our Assistant Director

JOHNATHAN

Johnathan first came to Wyldewood in 2019 when he served as both a counselor and lifeguard. During that summer, he proposed to his wife Caroline the weekend after Counselor Training Week! Since then, he earned a combined degree of Bible with Child and Adolescent Development. After graduation, he and Caroline moved from Searcy to Boston, MA, so she could pursue her Master's degree at Boston University. In 2021, he entered the coffee industry and, by early 2022, was managing a local coffee shop focused on supporting the community by spotlighting and financially aiding local non-profits. In 2023, the couple returned to Arkansas, and shortly after, they welcomed a dog, Newton, and a baby, Jack into their family.

Meet Our Assistant Director

Hannah Diles

Hannah first experienced Camp during her time at Harding University during social club functions, and her first summer experience when she served as a Group 1 Bible Teacher in 2025. The following year, the Lord led her back to Camp when she came on full-time as Female Assistant Director. She has loved her experience so far, and feels the presence of Jesus in the heart and mission of camp. Prior to coming on full-time, Hannah grew up in Columbia, TN, and came to Searcy, AR, to attend Harding University. While she was there, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Theological Studies and her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, emphasizing ministry and nonprofit management. During her graduate studies, she worked on Harding’s marketing team and in undergraduate admissions, and met her future husband, Stone Nix. Stone and Hannah are getting married in November 2026!

Meet Our Office Administrator

Daphne Sexson

Daphne first came to Wyldewood as a camper in 2016 and returned as a counselor from 2022 to 2024. She graduated from Harding University in the Fall 2024 with a degree in Child Life, with plans to work as a Certified Child Life Specialist. During this transition, she adopted Josie, a puppy with a big heart and a ton of energy. After college, Daphne volunteered at Arkansas Children’s Hospital to get more experience and prepare for her future role as a CCLS. While there, she started to feel that there was somewhere else she needed to be, and then she found out that Wyldewood had a full-time position available. She could not believe it and was so excited to see what else Camp had in store for her! Daphne was hired in the Fall 2025 as Wyldewood’s Office Administrator and Rentals Coordinator. Since then, she has adopted a puppy named Kenzie and a kitten named Rocky.
